Transformation of a loft in a 4 bedroomed, 1920's semi-detached to a hip-to-gable with dormer, adding a large bedroom. en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. Features include a sliding door window with glass 'Juliet' balcony, sound dampening roof windows and an automatic roof window in the bathroom with LED lighting. Enough room was created, using previously unused roof space, for under eave storage that exceeded what was available in the loft prior to conversion. The project was completed on time and to budget.
