“Where to even begin? I find it’s always quite nerving when looking for the right builder to trust with your home. Having had a few homes worked on previously by other contractors I was nervous to say the least but having used Mersey developments for my loft conversion and garage conversion I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We where kept up to speed day by day on progress and any changes we made along the way where accommodated with enthusiasm rather than the usual moan you get from most other builders I’ve met over the years. The lads on site where always pleasant and polite, the house was cleaned every single day before they left and the whole experience was made so easy for us. I said from the very start that I only wanted to deal with one person, And that’s exactly how it was. Jay handled the lot. Job finished ahead of schedule and the lads have left behind a finished article that is of such a high standard it feels like someone peeled the roof off my house and plonked a high end hotel room on top. Massive thank you to Jay and his lads for going above and beyond to give us an amazing space that far exceeded expectations.”

Any issues or problems were resolved swiftly and with a solution based approach and the works carried out were organised methodically with great communication to match.
